I had a great experience with my oil change and tire rotation. The appointment that I made in advance was right on time which I greatly appreciated. The service people were extremely polite, respectful and friendly which I also greatly appreciated.

Top notch customer service. In this climate, I've gotten used to having lots of patience in the service industry with staffing shortages, supply chain issues, etc. However, if Buick GMC West has been impacted by these things you wouldn't know. I purchased a vehicle and then had a very minor cosmetic repair that needed to be done shortly after. Everything from the purchase, to the contract to the service was handled promptly, professionally, and with a smile. I especially want to give a shout out to Austin; he truly went above and beyond for me. I will be referring friends to this location and will make the drive for anything else I may need in terms of my vehicle.

I was attended very professional by Joey - OMG was he the best, his customer service was beyond the 5 star. I really liked that he was professional, attentive explained every problem with my car and offered to make appointment to get my car fixed. Bad part is they dont have loaner cars any more which means if you purchased the insurance for anything that goes wrong with your vehicle you will have to handle the rental on your own by calling assurant. Other than that AUTONATION BUICK GMC WEST "killed it with the customer service - I really loved it. Will be taking my car there from now on. Thank You GMC West for having the best service I have ever experienced.
