Dropped off 2011 Sierra for ���replace engine oil soon ��� and 75k service. Service was completed in 2.5 hours which was acceptable. Check in mileage on service summary showed mileage from my previous visit. Actual mileage was 78,948 at check in. Next visit sticker was not replaced so I asked that it be replaced. The replacement sticker shows an incorrect return mileage of 60,453, but I marked it to 83,948 based on the check in mileage. Plastic protection and service card were still in cab at pick up time. Overall service advisor was cordial and friendly. I noticed interaction between a different service advisor and mechanic as not so friendly, not leaving a good impression for the customer.
