Check in was great, lounge was comfortable. Staff was polite. 4 stars only as an oil change and rotate tires takes too long when you have an appointment. 1-1/2 hours. I did have a recall for programming completed but was told it was a 1/2 hour and would be completed simultaneously with the other work. Thanks
