I already answered this survey on my phone = I was very unhappy that my 1st oil change was not free as it was told to me that it would be back when I purchased my car. This is the 5th or 6th vehicle we have leased/purchased through you and I would have thought loyalty would have been honored for that oil change. Also, Ryan told me that would he have the techs put soapy water on my tire that I had a slow leak on - when I picked up the car the man at the desk could not even tell me if that had been completed. Not very good customer service in my opinion .
