My sales man Ricardo deserves 5 Star but the rest of the experience was not good the finance lady was extremely rude when I declined all extended coverage,then it was like we didn't exist she had us sign are finance papers before we even new which new which bank we were going with then when we asked her which one it was like a big deal overall other then Ricardo the whole experience was not good!
