New vehicle oil change. Service rep friendly. Customer lounge clean and comfortable. Had a scheduled appointment, arrived early. Service rep upfront with me on time frame to complete service. Took about 1 1/2 hours, partly due to my early arrival and techs still working on other vehicles. Only complaint was inside driver door panel was mildly dirty - could see hand prints/dirt scuffs. Didn’t report or complain as I didn’t notice until after I had left dealership.
